How Your Differential Helps You Turn.
The differential sends power to the drive wheels while allowing the wheels on the same axle to rotate at different speeds. This is especially important through turns, when the outside wheel must travel farther than the inside wheel.
We use Mobil synthetic gear oil in the viscosity and specification required by your vehicle. It helps protect differential gears and bearings against heat, oxidation, wear, corrosion, and viscosity loss under demanding conditions.
