How long does a full-service oil change take?
Most full-service oil changes take approximately 10–15 minutes. Additional maintenance services may require some extra time.
Do I have to leave my vehicle?
No. Customers remain inside their vehicle while our team completes the service. Most customers are back on the road within 10–15 minutes.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. Simply visit the Mobil 1 Lube Express location that is most convenient for you during regular business hours.
What type of oil do you use?
We exclusively use premium Mobil lubricants, including synthetic blend, high-mileage, full synthetic, Mobil 1 Advanced Full Synthetic, and Mobil 1 Delvac for applicable diesel vehicles. Our team can help you select the appropriate lubricant for your vehicle.
What is included with a full-service oil change?
Every full-service oil change includes:
- Up to five quarts of your selected premium Mobil lubricant
- A new oil filter
- A multi-point vehicle inspection
- Windshield washer fluid filled
- Tire pressures checked and adjusted as needed
- Chassis lubrication when applicable
Vehicles requiring more than five quarts will have an additional charge. Coolant and transmission-fluid top-offs are also available for an additional charge.
How much does an oil change cost?
Pricing varies depending on your vehicle, selected oil type, oil capacity, and filter requirements. Contact or visit your nearest Mobil 1 Lube Express location for current pricing.
How often should I change my oil?
Oil-change intervals vary by vehicle, lubricant type, mileage, driving conditions, and manufacturer recommendations. Follow your owner’s manual or vehicle oil-life monitor, and ask our team if you need help determining the appropriate interval.
Do you service high-mileage and diesel vehicles?
Yes. We offer high-mileage lubricant options and Mobil 1 Delvac 5W-40 for applicable diesel vehicles. Contact your preferred location if you have questions about a particular vehicle.
What additional services do you offer?
Our additional maintenance services include engine air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, radiator service, transmission service, differential service, and transfer-case service. Service recommendations depend on your vehicle and its maintenance requirements.
Can I use the website coupons at any location?
Yes. Our current website coupons are valid at all three Michigan locations. Present the coupon on your mobile device or bring a printed copy at the time of service. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.
